There is a strong stigma around Mens mental health in NZ with thousands of Kiwi men struggling in silence every day.
Anyone can face mental health struggles such as Depression & Anxiety. Men are far less likely to reach out for help when they need it the most.
Tackling the issue of mens mental health struggles is a big job, but we hope this platform will help raise awareness, spread positive vibes and enable more conversation to occur amongst our community.
Our First Target: Raise $3000 for Mens Mental Health by the end of 2022.
